Whartonite ? :P

This post comes from a guy with a 2nd class college degree, who came from a no-name college, average gmat, worked at not so well known companies, had no extracurriculars at college - but lived his life the way he knew best - flat out ;)

Look what he got a couple of days ago :D :D :D

Dear PaGaLGuY,

On behalf of the entire Wharton community, I wish to congratulate you on your admission to the Wharton MBA Class of 2008.

Your outstanding record of personal, professional and academic achievements has clearly distinguished you in an exceptional applicant pool. As a Wharton student, you will join a diverse, international community that will both challenge and support you in your efforts to learn more, do more, and be more. You are part of a select group of individuals invited to join our community during the 125th Anniversary of the school’s founding, an occasion that honors Wharton’s spirit of innovation and far-reaching influence in global business education.

The Wharton MBA opens a world of opportunities. We invite you to learn more about us by attending one or both of our admitted student events: Wharton Winter Welcome (February 8-10, 2006) and Wharton Welcome Weekend (April 6-8, 2006). Information about these events is posted on our admitted student portal (http://[snip]), where you will find a wealth of information about the program, including our “e-talk” discussion board (access code:[snip]), where you can meet your future classmates and get your questions answered by members of the Wharton community.

An Admit Pack will arrive shortly with detailed information on financial aid, matriculation requirements, and other materials you will need to begin the next part of your journey. Please note that a $1,000 non-refundable enrollment deposit must be received in the Admissions Office by 5pm, Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Thursday, April 27, 2006 in order to secure your place in the Class of 2008.

If you have any questions or need additional information after receiving your acceptance packet, please do not hesitate to call the Admissions Office at 01 (215) 898-6183.

With best regards,
Thomas R. Caleel

Heartiest Congratulation on getting the W admit.
But what i feel is a real achievement of urs is that u can instill that something Xtra in each n every person that goes thru ur webpage, and gets to know that precious little abt u. Whether the other person is able to sustain it is solely upto him, but the fact is u can really be an inspiration, which i feel is ur hallmark.
